Forums are fantastic. They provide a free community based support platform with contributions from a wide range of users and professionals.

Many Microsoft employees, Microsoft MVPs (Most Valuable Professionals), GPUG All Stars and experienced users donate their time to help the community. There only reward being thanked and having their responses marked as answers.

There are three primary forums for the Microsoft Dynamics GP product and these are the ones that I try to monitor and help out with.

• Community Forum: Microsoft Dynamics GP
• GPUG: Microsoft Dynamics GP Open Forum

PS: I am very glad she mentioned not to cross post on multiple forums. It is very frustrating to have to duplicate responses multiple times. Just post on one forum, if nothing happens after a few days, then try another if you must.
