As GPUG Summit 2016 approaches, the process of selecting the new GPUG All-Stars for 2016 has started.
Nominations for your GPUG All-Stars are open and waiting for you. You must complete the survey before 29th July when the survey closes and the next voting phase begins.
Now that the Amplify conference is over, the next big event on the GPUG conference calendar is GPUG Summit 2016. It will be held on 11th to 14th October 2016 in Tampa, FL, USA. If you haven’t registered yet, get a move on!!
For partners, we also have the reIMAGINE 2016 conference in Fargo ND, USA on 19th to 21st September 2016.

My good friend Pam Misialek from the Dynamics GP Product Marketing team has announced a secret meeting for Partners and ISVs to be held the day before the Amplify conference.
Now that it has been announced and reposted, I don’t think it is very secret any more, but it should still only be spoken of in hushed reverent tones and sign language.
At the beginning of the month, I posted an article announcing the new GPUG Amplify conference being held at the Marriott Anaheim, in Anaheim, California, USA on 23rd to 25th May 2016.
After the huge success at the GPUG Summit 2015 conference, Beat Bucher MVP and I will be presenting an encore performance of our GP Power Tools (GPPT) session as a webinar.
Even though the session title mentions the Support Debugging Tool (SDT), the session focusses on GP Power Tools. This is because the Support Debugging Tool has been discontinued since October 2014 and replaced by GP Power Tools.
Following on from last week’s announcement of the new GPUG Amplify conference, #GPUGAmplify Welcome to the New GPUG Amplify Conference, there have been questions about the focus of the new conference when compared to GPUG Summit.

Today is a sad day in the GPUG community. We are losing Kim “Mamma” Peterson from the Dynamics Communities team where she has been GPUG Program Director for the last five years.
Kim has done an awesome job and leaves GPUG on a high as she takes up a new role as Director of User Experiences for InterDyn BMI.
