I worked on a Integration Manager 2010 case recently for a Customer update integration.  We ran across an issue when the customer you are updating has the Send Email Statement box marked in the Customer Maintenance Option window.  I also had the previous Customer’s address getting updated with the information from the Customer that had the Send Email Statements marked.

It has been a while since we had a new build of the Support Debugging Tool for Microsoft Dynamics GP. So we have decided to release Build 14.  This is primarily a maintenance release with bug fixes, minor enhancements and a couple of new features.  This build can be installed over the top of any existing installed build without needing to remove the old build first.

I admit it. I broke it …. well, just a little bit.

Yesterday, I found out that the XML Table Import window in the Support Debugging Tool was failing to work.  It would just say “0 Tables imported”.  This issue was caused by the changes to provide the Profile functionality to XML Table Export in build 12.

You may have heard about the Support Debugging Tool for Microsoft Dynamics GP.  A sneak preview of the tool was shown at the Microsoft Dynamics GP Technical Airlift 2008 in May and it was extremely well received.  The demo was a little premature as the tool’s release to the partner community was still in the planning stage, but the opportunity to show what it can do to the partners at the conference could not be missed.
