It is webinar time again. Following on from my Take Ten 10@10 session on GP Power Tools last week, this week (tonight my time) I am presenting an hour long session on Microsoft Tools: Using Dexterity, the tool behind Microsoft Dynamics GP.
So please, register for the session to get an overview of Dexterity, why it exists, what it does and what it can do.
Take 10 minutes out of your busy day to have a quick demonstration of how GP Power Tools can reduce stress and make your life easier. Register for the Take Ten 10@10 – Reduce Stress with Dynamics GP Power Tool session.
Today is a sad day in the GPUG community. We are losing Kim “Mamma” Peterson from the Dynamics Communities team where she has been GPUG Program Director for the last five years.
Kim has done an awesome job and leaves GPUG on a high as she takes up a new role as Director of User Experiences for InterDyn BMI.
As mentioned yesterday, today is Australia Day.
It has become a tradition (read “marketing exercise”) for Meat & Livestock Australia to release funny videos promoting lamb barbeques for Australia Day. While some people don’t like the adverts, they are funny.
I am back in Perth after enjoying time in Sydney with family and a cruise (with other family) from Sydney around New Zealand.
Time to work on catching up with the email backlog and getting back into projects for 2016. But it might be a couple more days before the work really gets going….
I came across this WinBeta article a little while ago and wanted to highlight the presentation from the Microsoft Ignite conference last November.
The presentation by “Surface Blackbelt” Briand Sanderson takes you behind the scenes and shows the engineering and research & development behind the creation of the Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book devices.
This is just a quick note to wish everyone in the Microsoft Dynamics GP community and all my friends and readers a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
I will be taking some time off between now and late January and so don’t expect too many posts in that period.
Public Service Announcement
Please remember to organise your purchase of GP Power Tools before the end of December as 10% of the profits for the month are being donated to Aaron Back, GPUG All-Star and GPUG Chairman, to help cover the costs of his son’s medical treatment.
This is a final reminder to register for the Perth Australia December 2015 GPUG Chapter Meeting.
It will be held at the Microsoft Office in Perth on Wednesday December 9th at 6:45am for a 7:00am start.
The Dynamics GP User Group (GPUG) has a new learning series for you. Introducing the Take Ten 10@10 – GPUG All Star Edition! series.
