I had responded with some information on the thread, but when I tried to implement the suggestions I made, I found that it was not actually possible and that other methods would be needed.
You have probably heard that I was made redundant (laid off) from Microsoft in October 2014 and have since restarted and updated the consulting business that I had before my 13.5 years with Microsoft as Winthrop Development Consultants.
