Updated builds for all Winthrop Development Consultants products were released in November 2017.
Winthrop Development Consultants are proud to release updated builds for GP Power Tools, Batch Posting Service Toolkit and Visual Studio Integration Toolkit. These builds include fixes and enhancements as well as a new registration system and an automatic check for updates.
Important Note: Please update all your installed Winthrop Development Consultants products at the same time. Failure to do so will cause products not updated to be unregistered.
The new registration system removes the dependence on the Mekorma Product Manager dictionary and so resolves all the versioning issues that some customers with both Winthrop and Mekorma products were seeing. The automatic check for updates works when an administrator user logs in and, depending on the frequency set by the administrator, will check online to see if an updated build is available. If an update is available a dialog will be displayed.
GP Power Tools and Batch Posting Service Toolkit continue to be distributed by Mekorma and the new registration system links directly to their registration server. There are no changes in any of the sales processes for these two products. Details of the new builds can be found on the links below:
However Visual Studio Integration Toolkit, which is a free product, is now only available directly from Winthrop Development Consultants. Details of the new build and downloads can be found on the links below:
