Last year, I went to Johannesburg, South Africa for the ReigniteGP conference organised by Pieter Cornelius from Braintree with the support of Dynamics Africa. The conference was fantastic and it was great to get to know the African GP Community.
This year the conference is back and it is better. Now working with Dynamic Communities the conference has been re-launched as GPUG Amplify South Africa.
When I as at GPUG Summit 2017 in Nashville, I chatted to Andy Hafer and Bob McAdam about how great the ReigniteGP conference was and suggested they talk with Pieter Cornelius. After a quick email to introduce everyone, I just waited for the magic to happen and the result is….
The website is now live and registrations are open, so get in quick and Register Now. The conference runs for two days being 21st and 22nd of May 2018 and is followed with two days of Academy Training on 23rd and 24th May 2018.
Also, the call for proposals for content is open from now until 2nd March, so if you have something you would like to present, or if you plan to attend and have something you want presented to you, please Submit a Proposal. The link is also currently available from the conference home page.

Last year’s ReigniteGP conference was amazing, it brought the Microsoft Dynamics GP community in South Africa and neighbouring countries together and allowed them to learn and get excited about the future of the product and its ISV ecosystem. Combining this great foundation with the knowledge and resources of Dynamic Communities now gives us GPUG Amplify South Africa. I am excited to be involved with this event and look forward to seeing everyone again.
